How do I change the scroll speed?
While recording, you can simply use the on-screen scroll speed slider or tap the speed controls to adjust it dynamically to your reading pace.
How do I import a script?
In the main dashboard, tap the "+" button to create a new script. You can paste your text directly, or use our AI enhancement features to generate a script from a prompt.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you switch devices, ensure you are logged into the same Apple ID. Tap the settings icon and select "Restore Purchase" to reactivate your lifetime access.
Why is my camera access blocked?
Go to your device Settings > Privacy > Camera and ensure "Viral Prompter" is toggled ON. Do the same for Microphone permissions.
Can I export in 4K?
Yes! If your device supports 4K (iPhone 11 or newer), you can select 4K resolution in the camera settings before you start recording.
